To customize the house lights, you must update the game software to version 2.0.0 or later and have the Happy Home Paradise DLC or an active subscription to the Nintendo Switch Online plan + Add-on package.
The update should take place automatically once you connect the console to the internet and start the game, but if not, just go back to the Home of the Switch console and press the button. At this point a screen will open, where the item “Software Update” will be visible. Just click on it and the game will be updated to the current version. Also, once the game is started, the save data will be automatically updated.

The possibility of varying the lighting inside the holiday homes is unlocked after completing 12 requests from Casimira Vacanze customers.
We can vary the hue and intensity of the lighting in a room. The shade includes 12 different colors to choose from to give the holiday home a unique and particular shade; while the intensity will allow us to lower or raise the lighting, giving the room more or less brightness. In this way we can make our indoor environments even more unique!
